Here is our Holistic Context.
Initially designed by Alan Savory, we choose to set up this powerful tool to be clear about our objectives, values and qualities of life. Agreeing on and knowing in advance what we thrive for, when faced with a complex decision, we simply use this tool and the decision making framework matrix to solve “the problem”. With enough reasoning and discussions behind it, we know this is our reference frame. When in doubt, we can simply remind ourselves of our motto.
